I have some really good home made Dandelion wine here. Saves going out to pub and spending money. Also some of the company in a lot of pubs locally need a lot to be desired.

As good as your Dandelions may be..there is nothing like visiting a good old english pub for some banter etc...you just need to be a little more selective by the sound of it..In fairness there are some around that are trying to make a go of it in these difficult times, and they should be supported! Mine's a Pint!
I do agree with you when you say it can be expensive to go out though, and some of the landlords/Managers etc certainly don't know how to look after their beer..but there are some who do, and I don't mind paying the price for a good ale kept correctly...It's beauuuutiful!

The problem with forums like this is that they attract people of low intelligence, with IQs struggling to reach double figures, whose idea of a debate is to hurl personal insults at people whose opinion differs from theirs.
