I think lovejoy was trying to assume that if elected, I would further my own agenda by building a community football stadium. I can't say it will be my number one priority, but it is something I would like to achieve if elected. It's not exactly benefitting me though, as I'm not exactly a member, supporter or shareholder of the club so the argument is irrelevent.

But surely you asked for a reason??? It wasn't publicised at all, the only people who know about the proposal would be the landowner, myself, the retailer who was funding it and the various people at WBC who refused to discuss it.
Not so. This may have been the first place it has been discussed in public, but it isn't the first place it has been made public. Howelse would I have known about it?
