Very sad to see a recent development of flats in St Michaels Road with the windows all boarded up on one section of the ground floor.

I know I shouldn't jump to conclusions, but presumably this follows some sort of disturbance amongst the tenants. It certainly doesn't look like accidental damage.

Anybody know what happened?

I have no idea, but noticed this on Saturday, also.
There is also an overflow of some sort pouring out along the side wall!
