Thames Valley Police has arrested a woman after a burglary in Victoria Grove, Newbury, overnight on Sunday 8 August.

Sometime between 8.30pm on Sunday 8th August and 2am on Monday 9th August offenders entered a property in Victoria Grove and stole a bag. They later returned to the property but were unable to gain access.

A 31-year-old woman from Newbury has been arrested on suspicion of burglary and bailed pending further enquiries to return to Newbury police station on Thursday 19 August.
