You obviously do what I do, search ebay for "Newbury" and then spend ages scanning through shed loads of Mickey Newbury, Garden design, Car design and Newbury cots.....

I think you will find if you walk down Fifth Rd from Buckingham Road and look to your left, you will see exactly that happening, if I read your post correctly.
